Please send a copy of the following to
info@corbanacademy.org: employment verification (i.e. recent paystub), most recent tax return, and your monthly budget and expenses (budget outline is provided, make a copy if need), including any bills/receipts for verification (i.e. rent/mortgage, utilities, loans, credit card statements, insurance) 

If you are uncomfortable sending these copies via email, please drop off hard copies or a flash drive at Kona Faith Center, Inc. (call ahead for hours, 808-323-3788 x102)





Disclaimer: If you receive Corban Academy scholarship money this year, you will still need to apply again next year. 
All Corban Academy scholarship information is strictly confidential. Your privacy is valuable to us, and we will not share your information with anyone outside of the Corban Academy Staff and/or Kona Faith Center, Inc. Board of Directors. Only what is necessary for a scholarship decision will be shared.

We also ask that you do not discuss your personal scholarship information with anyone outside of Corban Academy Administration.
