“Corban Academy has positively impacted our 2 children. They have become confident in their school work. Subjects start at their level, cutting out all the confusion, that makes it possible for them to effectively achieve their next levels. They are more positive about their goals and achievements for their future, which has built self-confidence on a daily basis that gives them hope for their future goals and desires. We have seen a huge impact on our children’s growth, academically and spiritually.”
-Daphne Hooper, parent
“Corban Academy believed in my kids and gave them the ability to learn with confidence and build a connection with God! Corban Academy has provided a safe environment and provided the attention and support that my kids needed to reach their grade level. They both are becoming more independent, love to learn as they build their own personal relationship with God. The Staff are absolutely amazing and caring! I am beyond thrilled with our outcomes and appreciate how invested and supportive everyone is here at Corban Academy.” -Kayla Alvarez, parent
“I have two great grandchildren at Corban Academy. When school started this past fall, the liberal agenda from the Department of Education emphasized taking more control over the children and lessening parents' rights with school policies in place, specifically allowing children to decide their gender and pronouns without guidance from parents but school officials. This includes not notifying parents. I did not want my 7 & 8 year-old great-grandchildren under these policies but a Christian education emphasizing a biblical worldview. There were hurdles with transportation, living arrangements, and finances, but God worked it out. What I did not realize was neither of the children could read or had math skills. They were not able to complete the initial placement test but had to receive remedial education, and God gave them Ms. Cho, a professional teacher with years of experience teaching elementary students and a reading specialist. They both began to thrive, learning reading and math basics, and are progressing toward their academic grade level. They have a prayer life and are glad to go to school every day. I truly have been blessed to see their academic transformation, their self esteem increase, and faith in Jesus become first in their life.”
-Sandi Shepherd, great-grandmother
“I am so grateful for the opportunity to give my child a better education and a chance to catch up and gain the confidence and maturity she needed to excel and become a leader. I am so proud and elated to recognize the growth and overall improvement of my daughter. She has grown in respect and manners, become more happy, and a joy to see developing into a well-rounded, happier person. I am grateful for the safe environment, dedication to excellence, and the encouragement of the teachers and staff. I think the change of environment from public schools helped her stop trying to fit in and allowed her to become her best self.” -Victoria C., parent
